Built Different

Adversity didn’t stop the journey, it has defined it.

Racing reveals character.

When adversity strikes, some drivers slow down. Others respond with determination.

From recovery and training to a return to the winner’s circle, Landon’s path is defined by resilience and relentless drive.

The Setback

The setback that tested everything but couldn’t stop the journey.

The Work

The comeback work never stopped.

Hours of patience, pain, and rehabilitation — along with countless hours on the simulator when he couldn’t be in the car — helped pave the road back.

The Return

Landon’s first laps back in a race car came in the Lucas Oil School of Racing Series — in a car he had never driven before.

It was both a tremendous test and a fantastic return to the track.

The Result

Refuse to Lose!

After the setback and the work that followed, the journey came full circle at Kalamazoo Speedway.

Landon returned to Kenyon Midget competition and celebrated the win in Victory Lane.

One race. One moment that tells you everything you need to know about Landon.
Contact in turn one sends Landon to the back. With the front bumper hung up, he lifts to break it free—then
flips the switch.
From there, it’s
relentless. Carving through the field. One by one. All the way back to the front.
